Armed with the experience garnered from working his way through the depths of the kitchen right to the top of a leading chain in India, The Taj, Leslie Gomez recognised the potential he had within himself, as well as what Malaysia had to offer, and braved the paths to mould his future. What started as a simple aspiration has now expanded into a 28-outlets enterprise that employs over 500 staff.
The Founder-Managing Director of The Olive Tree Group has officially made his name known across the Malaysian peninsula with the establishment of outlets in Kuala Lumpur, Genting Highlands, Johor, Melaka, Penang, Langkawi & Bali. Under Leslie’s helm, the outlets are now recognised as top-notch fine dining havens for one to experience an unparalleled gastronomical affair.
